   铁皮字的冲孔要求：冲孔直径为12mm，在排列字打孔文件的时候每个字之间的孔位必须要按行列对齐，否则做出来的动画效果是错位的，孔位阵列之后不能用手去移动，只能把字变形。

   控制系统“采用SD卡存储方式，一个控制器多可控制2000个灯。

   一串灯有50个灯，灯与灯之间的连接线是3P的彩排线，颜色依次为白绿红（红色线为DC5V，白色线为GND也是-5V，绿色线为数据DAT信号线）每一串灯的头部用两芯公线连接为信号输入（IN）线，尾部用两芯母线连接为信号输出（OUT）线。灯底部的线路板分别有两面，没有黑色IC焊接线的那一面为为信号输入端（IN）线，有一个黑色IC焊接线的那一面信号输出端(OUT)线。

Each string lamp has 50pcs 3P dress rehearsal line which connects between the lamp and the lamp. The dress rehearsal line color respectively is, , white, green, red (Red: DC5V; White: GND/-5V; Green: DAT signal wire). The head of each string led lamp with male tie-in is IN signal; the cauda of each bunch with female tie-in is OUT signal. There are two sides on the circuitry panel (the side with IC is OUT wire part ;the side without IC is IN wire part).
